    Hi! I have just installed the ubuntu satanic files on Ubuntu and everything works fine. There is only one thing that bugs me. The icon at the login screen, how do i change it? here is a link too help you show what I mean. Thanks!

    It looks like you are still missing something. Run the Sataniconf helper script. It's part of the satanic-plymouth-theme package. Follow the steps at http://ubuntusatanic.org/configuration.php (or, if you use KDE: http://ubuntusatanic.org/kde-config.php )

    It's all there, and pretty well written. If that's still giving you grief, let us know and we'll try to reiterate it somehow.

    I think you should do something like :
    “sudo -u gdm gconftool-2 --set --type string /apps/gdm/simple-greeter/logo_icon_name nameoficon”
    Just change nameoficon to the name of one of the icons from your icon theme. By example, you can put “computer”, which seems to be the default in vanilla Gnome.

    I enterd “sudo -u gdm gconftool-2 --set --type string /apps/gdm/simple-greeter/logo_icon_name computer” and worked out great! Thanks!
